These terms cover this instance of Porter, a Discord concierge bot. The operator is the person who installed and runs this copy — not Discord, and not a made-up corporation.

Invite at your own risk

You invite Porter into a Discord server you control. You choose the permissions. You are responsible for how your staff use the bot.

No warranty

Porter is provided as-is. There is no promise of uptime, correctness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator is not liable for missed moderation, lost messages, data loss, or anything that happens in your server.

Don’t use it for raids or abuse

Do not use Porter to raid, harass, spam, steal accounts, or break Discord’s rules. The operator can refuse or revoke service for any reason, including suspected abuse.

18+ features

Optional age-gate and NSFW-channel tools are for adults (18+). Discord still requires NSFW content only in age-restricted channels. Porter does not host or fetch adult images.

We can refuse service

The operator can disable features, leave a server, or take this instance offline without notice.

Discord’s rules still apply

Porter does not replace Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Developer Policy. Follow those. If Discord removes the bot or a server, that is between you and Discord.
